A flexible screw conveyor is a conveying component that uses a flexible spiral body and is directly driven by an electric motor to rotate (or decelerated by a reducer) to transport materials. It is suitable for conveying various powders, granules, balls, sheets, and other materials. This screw conveyor can be used for straight or curved conveying, and there are no other moving parts such as bearings in the conveying pipe. Therefore, the performance of the conveyor is reliable, requiring almost no maintenance, and there will be no problems such as bearing grease contaminating the conveying materials. Another notable feature of the flexible screw conveyor is its easy cleaning, as one person can disassemble the conveyor and perform cleaning work in just 5 minutes. A single bendable screw conveyor can transport materials, with a vertical height of up to 10 meters and a horizontal distance of up to 25 meters. If multiple conveyors are connected in series, they can be transported for longer and higher distances.
